Post subject: Java Error (Unkonwn ProtocolL socket)
We have just installed Firstspot Trial for our Hotel and one of our clients is trying to run his Stock Exchange Application seems to be java based and gets the follwoing error.
APPLICATION ERROR. SECURITY EXCEPTION
java.net.malformedURLException: unknown protocol: socket

Client can browse the net find but can't run this application.

This started only after we installed Firstpot and he could run it fine before in our hotel from the same access point.

Are you using v6? Please try the patch stated at http://patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=10772#10772
