QUESTION 1
Where and how can I copy the firstspot customer’s database if I wanted to format my computer.
Because if I format my computer I will do fresh installation and I have to install my customers database back in other for the customers to access their minutes left so please demonstrate it to me. |

If you reinstall the same FirstSpot version and using the default dbf database, you can just copy the files in FirstSpot\datasource directory (except the .dsn files).
For other cases, you need to export/import. Refer to chapter 5 of firstspot_guide.pdf for details.
