Hi all
Is there a way of havign a redirect to the main page when a account is disabled or inactive.
We have devices that become suspended and there is no way for the user to get back to the main front page. The user get stuck in a loop and then i get called.
What are the options. |

Did you "re-enable" the username manually in the Configuration Manager -> Users? Also, try to clear the cache in the client side browser. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Auto-delete only remove "inactive" username account.
You can remove (or re-enable) that username manually under Configuration Manager -> Users. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
