From one day to another, our users lost internet connection. It's been for 5 days now, and I can't figure out how. From the clients I am able to login to firstspot and it opens the redirection page and then it times out.
I can connect to the internet from the computer where firstspot is installed. If I try to do a nslookup from a client the dns servers are not answering, I've tried to change the dns of the internet network card, and restarting the server with no luck.

Try to change your Internet Network Interface DNS to one entry only, restart FirstSpot.
Now run nslookup from both client and FirstSpot machine and resolve any issue there. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
