We are a resort hotel. Guests cannot access our hotel website via the wireless network. I can access it from the FirstSpot server.
When I ping from the client side all other addresses resolve correctly but ours resolves to the FirstSpot server address.
Any suggestions? |

Maybe due to Login Page URL?
BTW, we suggest you upgrade to the current v7 soon in order to take advantage of new update like iOS6 support. To upgrade, please visit http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/buy_now_2.html to complete the purchase. Thank you in advance. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Try going to Categories > Instant Keywords:
In the Default DNS Suffix setting I would be willing to bet you listed your hotels DNS suffix? Like if your web site is Motel6.com, you would want to put something else in that box as you would not be able to get to "Motel6.com" if that setting is in there. I recommend just the default. It is working for us currently |
