|
|
My Firstspot application run on Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 2.53GHz, 4GB RAM, win server 2k3 and Firstspot is Premium Edition 7.x. I got bluescreen crash every time when remote desktop from Internal network to config Firstspot. Sometime crash without any reason?! I try to re-install windows and firstspot many time but got the same problem! my windows is clean and did not install anything without firstspot!
Also, error message of my blue screen is BAD_POOL_HEADER
is there problem with my Visitor/Private Network Interface card?
Thanks for Any suggestions. |

Please try the below fix:
http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/download/patch/7012/psnat2.zip
- unzip the attachment to a folder
- make sure you are using v7.0.11 or v7.0.12 and the basic function is working correctly
- stop FirstSpot
For 32bit Windows:
- copy PSNAT.sys to windows\system32\drivers directory (backup the original file first)
- reboot Windows
For 64bit Windows:
- go to FirstSpot setup, select "Driver Hotfix"
- select the above folder you create when you unzip the zip file
- after the install, try to start FirstSpot.
- if you get the "fail to start driver" error, reboot Windows one more time
- BTW, you can check the PSNAT64.sys timestamp in the directory \windows\SysWOW64\drivers to make sure it is up-to-date. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~
