Post subject: Dispatcher Deamon is not Starting |

Hello,
at our Customer the Dispatcher service does not start.
The service is in the status "Starting" and does not come up.
when the service is started manual than a message comes up that the service does not respond in time.

in the configuration manager i got this Message:
Thu Oct 24 09:42:28 2013 Check Win32 System Error Code 1058. |
