Multiple Passwords on a single User

Where i am based i have people come and go but some people stay for a few weeks-months at a time. What i would like if at all possible is a Single User name (preferable site location) and multiple passwords for individual people that are automatically removed once activated after a month. Is this possible as i cannot find if i can do this or not through the config manager. I also need individuals to be tracked for legal purposes. I am asking to much? I'd really appreciate the help.

Which exactly do you want to achieve? You want to automate changing password once a month?

What I want is a single username and individual passwords for the single user. So I can remove a single user. Similar to having an ssid on wifi with separate passwords to stop individuals.

By default, a single username/password will only allow for single concurrent login. So if you remove that username, that particular user won't be able to login anymore.
