hello, I purchased the FirstSpot Premium Edition 8.x with 1-year maintenance contract [8PRM-LM]
So far I have I gotten no licence files and I really need to get this up and running today. I tried emailing the support line and still have not received any replies.
I can send along my receipt number if needed, but didn't want to post it here.
