Post subject: reduced functionality mode

hi i have been running firstspot for years and it works well, last night during a routine reset of the system, when we restated the server, all we get is reduced functionality mode, yes its xp and yes its version 
v7.1.0
Advanced Edition we have tried all the fixes but nothing seems to work, why has this just suddenly happened, any help would be much appreciated.

will v7.1.0
Advanced Edition run on win7 please?

Yes, FirstSpot v7.1.0 should work with Windows 7. But note that FirstSpot v7 is not longer offered nor supported.

We recommend that you upgrade to the current v8. To upgrade, just purchase maintenance at :
