Post subject: Problems with sendmail with Firstspot |

| I have installed and am using Firstspot for a wireless gateway. My connections work fine and browsing, receiveing mail and downloading files work. When I try to send email or upload files to an ftp server, my connection drops and/or the process fails. I've been able to replicate this on different PCs and if I bypass the Firstspt gateway all functions work fine. |

Tested tonight. No problems works fine.
FS Server 3.1.1 running on Windows SBS 2003 with all latest updates. |

You need to disable NAT or use Window 2000/2003 Server with passive ftp mode on to solve the ftp problem.
send mail:
Did you use firstspot DNS for your client? Can you post your client ipconfig/all?
