With FirstSpot, you have 2 options:
1) Run a copy FirstSpot Advanced Edition in a centralized location and enable Multiple Network Segment support. You connect different hotspot locations through routers and direct all traffic to the centralized FirstSpot; which has an uplink trunk to the Internet.
This is how our ISP customers use FirstSpot to provide hotspot services to their own customers. In ver 2.1, FirstSpot also support Multiple Login Page where users from different network can see different login pages (say, with customized greetings/ logos/ designs)
If you're not an ISP yourselves, you can rent a normal DSL/ cable connection at hotspot and setup VPN tunnel between them and the centralized FirstSpot location. Cheap VPN boxes in the market cost about $100+ each.
2) Run a copy of FirstSpot (Standard or Advanced Edition) at each of your hotspot location and share one centralied user database. You can maintain, say, a centralized MySQL database and make all of your FirstSpot copies talk to it.
