Hello Sir;
Can we use firstspot with a network using both 2.4 GHZ frequency for APs and 5.8 ghz for point to point connectivity or backhauling?

Yes. Note that FirstSpot works in purely TCP/IP level, so it will work with any underlying hardware.
Refer to http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/topologies.html for a typical setup for FirstSpot.
