Bulk Adding Passthrough MACs

For some reason, our install of Firstspot stopped reading our list of client passthrough MAC addresses in the config.ini file. There are still many of them showing up in the config.ini file, but they do not show up on the Client Filter screen even after restarting. And if we make any changes to the list on the Client Filter screen and hit Save, it changes the num_mac_addr to 0 (or 1 if we add an address to the blank list).

Since we have the full list backed up and don't want to re-enter them all by hand, is there any way to correct this? We created a new config.ini file, set num_mac_addr to the correct amount, pasted in the list of MACs with the correct format, restarted FirstSpot, but it still does not show them in the Client Filter screen and still does not let the devices pass through.
