Hi,
What is the hardware specification to handle 1000 user?
Can FirstSpot Advace handle 600 to 700 concurrent user?

For your case, we suggest you partition the load into 2 FirstSpot machines. Note that different FirstSpot can share the same datasource ( see Scenario 2 at http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/topologies.html ).
For the machine configuration, our estimate is that a current machine (Quad Core CPU, 4G RAM) should be sufficient. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

I would personally suggest a separate SQL server if these users are logging on and off many times during a day. The actual highest load is the Apache server but off-loading and using a SQL server works very well. With that combo, you probably wouldn't need 2 servers. If you did get a second server, then both of them could use the common SQL database. |
