Alan,
I think I understand FS will become confused with the "Conditions to suspend this account" setting of let's say 1 hour.
So, I don't see anywhere to time limit users other than suspending them ...

Removing the entries has no effect.

Yes, Outlook can connect to mail.glider.com. The mail settings require "my outgoing server (SMTP) requires authenication". How is this enabled in FirstSpot?

No active sessions and windows taskmanager shows fssendmail.exe running many times. The machine has slowed to a crawl. What's doing this?

Yes, I discovered dedicated cafe computers can print to a public side networked printer once they log in. No changes to FirstSpot were required. Nice product!
