Yes, 'blue' you can customize a page. Are you requesting that the user get the splash page at first, then they can surf? Or do you want to limit them to the splash page only?

Agreed. But since only .5% of our customer base actually engage in a recurring scenario, it is not a priority for us. The majority of our transactions are for transient customers engaged in 15 minut ...
