The 150+ users I have configured. I've enabled a Plan which allows them 20MB UL or DL per day and resets the count back to zero every 1 day.

Just fixed it...Sorry to be a nuicance. It was the httpd.conf file. Basically the client PCs were not seeing login.php page to allow them to become authenticated and then onto other websites.
