When I tested, I used static IPs on the clients. It doesn't seem that DHCP relay is working in the router.
Is it mandatory to use Firspot as the DHCP server in ...

I have installed a trial version of Firstspot.
The clients can access only URLs defined in the Exception Free websites.
Othe URLs will get a 404-
"The requested URL /login_select.php was not found ...
