When I check which users are logged in under status, there is no amount under data download/upload. Howcome, is that a trial limitation? |

No. You need to enable Data Transfer Tracking for individual users. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Go to Configuration Manager -> Users, click the user you use for testing, click Edit, then enable Data Transfer Tracking (Download, Upload or Total), and then click save. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Okay every user I have has a upload and download quota set for 700MB using "use global settings" each day and is reset every morning. Is this not enough to se the data usage under status? |

In that case, you need to set the global Data Transfer Tracking (or Quota) under Dispatcher.
Note that this only applies to the new session (login/logout). _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

I think I have explained it wrong
The data quota is working fine.
I want to see the realtime data download/upload under status when a user is logged on. Now it says NA under Data download and Data upload.
My written english is not that good, så please be patient with me |

I understand your problem correctly.
Again, you need to enable Data Transfer Tracking for individual user. For testing, I suggest you create a new user with Data Tracking Tracking enabled, and then perform a new login/logout, you should be able to see the Data download/upload under Status.
Also, note that enabling Data Transfer Quota will imply Data Transfer Tracking automatically. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

We discover an issue in the Status page when you use "Use Global setting". The workaround is to enable individual Data Transfer Tracking instead of using "Use Global setting".
Note that this problem doesn't affect the user log (which records when user logout). _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Thanks, I works like you say with data quota set for each user but it would have been nice if it worked with "Global settings" |
