Basically to give users the ability to notify us of any problems with wifeior with account lock outs

Also we can then have a support page. As well.

You can simply do the following:

1) Create a simple web form that allow use to submit report using html. Once the user click submit, you can use PHP mail function to send you a email to notify your administrator.

2) The above html and php files can store in the local FirstSpot machine directly.

3) You also need add a link in the login page. You can add the link under Configuration Manager -> UI -> Login Page -> free links

The above customization should be pretty easy to do. If you need help, just email us at firstspot@patronsoft.com we can do it for you as a paid project.
