I have just purchased Firstspot and am awaiting the software and license.
This was after an excellent trial.
I now have a specific requirement, for my newly purchased version.
Before a user is redirected to the login page to enter his/her username & password
I need to redirect that user to a page which displays a simple disclaimer. They will need to click OK and off it goes the login page.
Can this be done?
Has it been done before by anyone on this forum?
Are there any example scripts for this or will I get a more detailed manual with the full version I have purchased. |

You can take advantage of the Anonymous mode feature. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Ah yes, the Anonymous mode does seem to deal with scenario slightly, but my users still need to login with their accounts.
I have uploaded 5000 pre-paid accounts into the Firstspot server and need them to be used, as anonymous mode does bypass this login option

Response via email:
it may be difficult to put the disclaimer one page *before* the login page. Would you consider putting the disclaimer message together with the login page and require the user to tick the checkbox to acknowledge the acceptance? The login page is actually at FirstSpot\Authserv\login_form.php. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
