If you want to change the bandwidth throttling setting once the data transfer reaches a certain limit, FirstSpot does not currently do that.
The current model (in v3) is that FirstSpot will suspend the account once it reaches a certain data transfer limit (i.e. Quota). You can setup FirstSpot so that it will reset the data transfer counter (to zero) daily, so that the account will be unlocked at 12am and data transfer counting will be restarted.
