I have installed a trial version of FirstSpot on a single PC intending it to be used in a coffee-shop. I wondered if it is possible to provide some form of content filtering, for example, to prevent members of the public accessing offensive sites in front of other, unsuspecting, members of the public?
I assume software products like NeTNanny will NOT be sufficient, likewise, I have no control over the client PC and therefore cannot dictate what they do/don't have installed.
Thank you.

You can consider putting a broadband router between FirstSpot's public interface and the Internet. Some low-end models these days support content filtering. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Thanks. I'm looking at using Smoothwall Express or DansGuardian.
Thanks,
