FirstSpot won't start

Hi,

I cannot get FirstSpot to start on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit.

When I try and start FirstSpot, the error occured as follows:

Visitor Network Interface Card did not bind the PatronSoft FirstHop Driver, or some of the following services failed to start: rasman, lmhosts, netman. Please reboot Windows and start FirstSpot again [may need to do this multiple times]

Did you change your Windows network connection name after setup? FirstSpot uses the network connection name to identify the Visitor and Internet Network Interface side.

Try to revert it to the original name when you install FirstSpot.

hi , there was another issue occured at server, it's array controller down. i will revert u back after ...
