how may I can edit or redisign;
1.- the first page- portal- I only can change the picture but I would like to have more freedom to redising, also ,
2.- Local content example, I would like to change the default text.

Hi
1)If you wish to edit the text in login_form.php, you can go to the UI customization tab in the config manger. If you wish to change the layout of it, please refer to chater 5 Other Deployment Issues of firstspot_guide.pdf
2)please change the text under the UI customization tab in the config manger.
