Post subject: Change password on RADIUS?

Hi, I actually have two questions:

1. When using FirstSpot with Funk RADIUS Enterprise, it is possible for users to change their RADIUS password by using the Change Password link in the InfoBox? I tried this yesterday but got an error (will try again to get the exact error message).

2. I am seeing popup windows in the upper left corner of the screen when logged on to FirstSpot. This seems to happen only when using FireFox, not IE, to log on (and I allowed popups from the FirstSpot IP address in FireFox, but not in IE). The popup windows just appear for a split second and disappear. Would like to make those go away.

Thanks,
-Steve

1) Currently, FirstSpot does not support changing password when using RADIUS Authentication mode. This is due to the fact there is no mechansim within RADIUS protocol to change password

2) The popup "flashes" are a complex workaround when InfoBox got refresh. This workaround is only necessary for Firefox. Currently, there is no way to remove the popup, but you can reduce the InfoBox refresh frequency (so that you don't see the popup that often) by adding the parameter infobox_refresh_timer under [gateway] section of config.ini. The unit is millisecond and the default value is 60000 (i.e. the InfoBox got refresh every 60s)
