I AM GETTING THIS MESSAGE AND FS WILL NOT START
Please advise, whoops cap lock. Thanks!

Have you changed the network connection name *after* you've installed FirstSpot. FirstSpot relies on that name to query the IP address of the public interface.

If you're not sure, please send us (firstspot@patronsoft.com) the following files for troubleshooting.

- confing.ini file under FirstSpot directory
- result of the "ipconfig /all" command executed on the FirstSpot server
- *all* files under the FirstSpot\Log directory
- *all* files under the FirstSpot\Log\Archive directory
