WARNING SQL error

The first couple of times I got this Warning was before I purchased the product, but I never got an answer. It happens about 1 time a month and of course usually when I am not monitoring the system so I don't know the system is down until a client calls me. Now that I have purchased the product it is still happening, but the FistSpot people are now telling me I need to purchase a service contract to get an answer. Has anyone else had this problem?

We have gotten this error or Warning 6 times now. We have been testing the product and have only attaced two laptops wirelessly so I don't think it should be from too many users logging on at one time. What do we need to stop this from happening? Thanks
