- How many users does this support?
- How many concurrent sessions does the software support?

1) Named users - There are virtually no limits. We have customer that in the tens of thousands range.

2) Concurrent sessions - Technially, it is limited by the hardware. FirstSpot imposes no limitation on the concurrent sessions. One of the nice thing about Windows-based solution (compared to hardware-based solution) like FirstSpot is that the scalability is limited by your own PC, which can be upgraded quite economcially. Also, note that most of the cases the operation is more network-bound than CPU-bound.
