time out option can't find!!!!

hello

we are using firstspot for our customers

but there are so many problems !!..

onething which big problem is that when our customer login and surf

internet ,that's fine but after login if customer go to restroom or left

long time about 30min1hour then can't use internet!!.have to type id,pw

again and whatever customer did is gone example e-mail.

always call me and say "mr.i can't use my internet!""where is my file?"

well we are looked up firstspot manual but there is no option

what can i do!!!..

customer have to use internet every minute to not disconnect?

please tell me !! we are getting trouble!!...

The feature is called idle timeout. It is under Dispatcher tab in FirstSpot Configuration Manager.
