Conection OK but not internet

Dear sr.
I have one standard license and its working properly during two months.

But now, the custumers can´t access to Internet.

The login works fine, but when the system says "Redirecting..." nothing happends.

In the computer with the software, I have Internet access working.

It might be window's RRAS problem, did you try to restart firstspot?

Yes, I tried to restart the program and the computer and its the same.

No firewall or antivirus running for test and nothing happends.

Most likely you have a routing problem.

Please try:

start "Routing and Remote Access service" manually as a test, does Windows generate any error (check the event viewer also)? Stop "The Routing and Remote Access service" after the test. (i.e. "The Routing and Remote Access service should be "not started" and Starting type should be "manual" before you start FirstSpot.)

Dear Hans.

Thanks for the support.

I spoke to the costumer and SP2 was intalled in the machine a couple of days before. I switch of the SP2 Firewall that was active in the "SERVICES" tab and I do the same with Windows DNS server that was activated also by the SP2 (?¿?¿).
