Can I see other Wireless Computers that connected at same AP

After wireless computer connected to Access Point and successfully login, can I see other wireless computers the connected at the same Access Point (if other wireless computers enable file or drive sharing) ?

If you turn on Client Isolation (available in Advanced Edition only), the wireless client won't be able to see other client in the My Network Places.
