Post subject: User database is unavailable error

Running FirstSpot v3.1 and about once a week a user will attempt to login and get the following message, "The user database is unavailable". To resolve the problem I have been stopping and then starting FirstSpot and then it works again. However I would like to resolve this problem, any ideas?

Are you using FirstSpot default datasource, or you change it to MySQL or SQL Server?

Also, please post your log file firstspot_gw_srv_date_time.log (under FirstSpot\log subdirectory) when you encounter this problem again.

We are using the FirstSpot default datasource.

The problem occurred again today. The log file is 6.8MB and is too long to paste into this forum. Is there an e-mail address that I can send it to?

Can you zip it and send it to firstspot@patronsoft.com?

We received your logs.

We are still not very sure of your problems. Do you have many concurrent connections? If that is the case, I suggest you to switch the datasource to MySQL or SQL Server.
