Hello Patronsoft

I'm a registred user (standard edition), what can I do to get the very lastest 3.x edition ? i'm running 3.0.4 actually...

You can download the latest version at http://www.patronsoft.com/firstspot/download_trial.html .

Note that there is a license key change between 3.0.x and 3.1.x. See http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=381 for details.
