Need to now if users can access without bying time

Need to now if users can have time to access withou paying, and if can by with oder form of payment, like with money in change of a password in the server?

We support a variety of models. Paying in real time using credit card is just one of them.

Some of the models we support are:
1) pre-paid, then administrator gives out the username/password
2) anonymous model - basis free, but the user needs to click ok in the web page before he can proceeds to surf the Internet
