hi i just try the trial version and install it properly but when i start the firstspot it will corrupt my adsl internet connection..i am using windows 2000 advance server with service pack 4..

yes i chosen a right network card when i install the firstspot trial.i even assign a fix address for the internet connection to the router..after i start the firstspot it corrupt my internet connection again..
is ter something i not setting properly?
i follow the menu guide to disable all the service in the windows like driver signing etc...but still not working.PLS HELP..

So, there are three network cards in your machine and you've chosen Local Area Connection 3, which is the NETGEAR FA311/FA312 PCI Adapter as the public interface?

1. From the ipconfig result, that card is not connected. Please make sure that connection is ready before starting FirstSpot.

2. Alternatively, my wild guess is you would want the Local Area Connection 2 as the pubic interface at the first place? If so, please open you config.ini file, search for the publicNIC keyword and change the value to "Local Area Connection 2". Restarting your machine and FirstSpot afterwards should rectify the problem.
