Can you try :

1) page other than www.yahoo.com?

2) clear the cookie and cache in your browser and retry www.yahoo.com.

Tell me your result.

I am a bit confused.

So when you enter username/password, what do you see? What is the exact error message?

Please also post your ipconfig/all dump of the client PC.

I enter sample username and password. It checks username and password pop-up open.I saw the web address in the address bar redirect.php return to username password page. pop-up page change the variables (title of the page), pop-up blank page.I don't understand where is the problem. It checks wheather the username password is correct.free sites can be shown. When the anonymous access will activated it runs.but when I want to use username and password,It can't.

There is a database problem in your FirstSpot.

Do you change the database (datasource) setting, or you use the default datasource (i.e. dbf)? If you did not change the database setting, I suggest you uninstall/reinstall FirstSpot to see whether this solves your problem.

Well, FirstSpot relies on the Windows default ODBC driver to communicate with the datasource and the default setting will work fine with FirstSpot.

One of the possible reason is that your ODBC setting is messed up. Probably the easiest way is to install FirstSpot in a "clean" Windows. I know it is a bit of hassle, but it is easier unless you know want to dig deep to troubleshoot the ODBC setup within your Windows.

Can you setup Windows Remote Desktop Connection or VNC so that we can take a look at your PC directly? Please email us the instruction to access your machine to firstspot@patronsoft.com.

Thank you for your patient.
