After fresh installation I get the following error, when trying to access FirstSpot Config Manager:
Warning: (null)(): Unable to obtain IDispatch interface for CLSID {A81B5EA8-021D-4E23-9885-5A018C3E84E4}: CoInitialize has not been called. in e:\program files\firstspot\cfgmgr\setlogin.php on line 156
setlogin.php FSCONFIG.Cfgmgr Object cannot be created! |

Can you check your event viewer if there is any error during the installation? but you can try to re-install it again. Most of this case may be solved by re-installation.
