Post subject: Apache

I have a BIG problem.
I have Advanced edition with support contract.
Since I made a login_form.php page with quite few .jpg images, every time I try to login, apache (on the server) crashes.
[error] [client 10.20.7.56] (13)Permission denied: mod_rewrite: failed to unlock file descriptor (end of the line in error log of apache).
Checked apache forum, and they say something about entering an endless loop, wich causes instances of apache to crash.
Then I returned original login_form.php back, and it crashes again, but less. every 3-5 refreshes of that page causes the crash.
Please Help.
I have sent you Apache log to firstspot@patronsoft.com
Please respond soon.
Thanx

No I didn't change httpd.conf, and I extracted back the original login_form.php, and now it crashes less, but still does, when I refresh the login page. I can send you a apache error log.
