I have a "Actiontec GT701wg" wireless router from QWEST, a w2k3 server, iSA 2004 firewall server.....Can i use firstspot with this setup
router> ISA server> W2K3 server> wireless laptop. |

The Actiontec GT701wg probably won't work since FirstSpot needs to sit between the AP and your Internet connection. See http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=771 for more details.

so what do I need to do to make this work? parts? my connection is "ADSL"

Your setup should look like:
ADSL connection -> ADSL Modem -> ISA -> FirstSpot -> AP -> client PC
