| Clean install on Windows 2000 Server, but can't start the dispatcher service, we get the overlapped error. |

We'll the problem ended up being with the nic cards. I could never get it to work with the Realtec RTL8139/810X Family Fast Ethernet NIC cards. Installed on a pc using intel nic cards and the program installed and worked great so far. So version 3 still has bugs associated with Realtec.

We test Realtek 8139 extensively and we almost never encounter problem with it.
However, we didn't test Realtek 810x as much. What is the specific chipset number? Is it Gigabit card?
