Once logged the status is set to STOPPED I click start but the status returns to stopped. any ideas? |

I do not have any of they log files? I have done a search on the whole firstspot dir? I only have admin_login, Sirstepet_drv_bootup and install and they do not really have any helpful info in them? |

Hum, that means FirstSpot failed to start very early in the sequence.
Please provide the following information:
1) What OS are you running?
2) Have you changed any FirstSpot settings? (I suggest you use default value to simplify the trial initially)
3) your ipconfig/all output
You can also try to reinstall FirstSpot in another machine. I would think something is not compatible with FirstSpot in your existing Windows, and installing FirstSpot in another machine will solve the problem. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

I am running windows XP with SP2 install
I am have not changed any settings as yet
I have tried reinstalling but not on a diffrent PC - I will give that a go just now
