What version of FirstSpot are you using (v3 or v4)? What are the symptoms?
Can you also post your log file firstspot_gw_srv_[timestamp].log and error.log under FirstSpot\log subdirectory?

i m using v3
i rebooted the firstspot then displayed the starting and stay there, i rebooted the server and the firstspot only is starting.

could you re-install and try to use default setting as a test? The log showed there is something wrong with apache and it cannot continue to modify the apache setting.

You mean username? You need to export the user table in the Configuration Manager first.
No, FirstSpot v3 and v4 license key are different. See http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=945 for details.
