Could you send us the zipped log folder or/and provide any VNC access to your machine?

I gave you admin already.
Probably you have to log out and log in again to update your security certificate ticket.

I cannot find out the reason currently on your machine. We've tested our product on 2003 enterprise edition with and without SP1. It runs smoothly. I will suggest you to install it on another clean machine(XP) if its really urgent for you.

Post subject: Progress

Hi,
I managed to progress a bit in the setup.
I created the tables in a MSSQL database and linked the DSN to it.
Now the Dispatcher STARTS.

Remaining problems:

Client computer is able to browse to Google and Patronsoft sites, but when other sites are entered, the login page (as in the figure on Page 7 in the manual) does not come up.

My understanding of the situation is that the server is able to provide for correct routing, but FirstStop is not providing the correct pages. Even browsing to http://10.20.7.1:5788 from the Client computer does not provide the Login page.

Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

I will post updates if I manage to make any progress.

Thanks
Carmelo

You need to turn off Offloading (Hardware Checksumming) in your Private Network Interface. Check out readme.rtf for details.

Post subject: Final Hurdle

Thanks, the checksum offloading solved most of the remaining problems.
The final issue is that clients are unable to connect to 10.20.7.1:5788/info

Is there an easy / quick fix for this?

Cookies and Pop-ups are not blocked.

Thanks

Sorry, but what is the URL 10.20.7.1:5788/info? You mean the client PC cannot get the InfoBox?

If you want the InfoBox, try to type Instant Keyword "infobox" in the client browser.

Post subject: InfoBox

That's it, the client pc cannot display the InfoBox.
Even after typing the word InfoBox in the client browser, the page that is displayed is the msn search with lots of unrelated material.

How can I fix this?
Thanks
Carmelo
