Hi,
the clients that connecting to the hotspot, does their settings of IP-addresses automatic change to the settings of the hotspot?
Example: If my hotspot is in the range 192.168.10.x and a client connect with his company address 172.x.x.x, will this customer be ably to surf or not.
Second question: Will this costumer be able to e-mail with his SMTP settings, with a great change that he is surfing with another provider than his own. Normally his has to change his SMTP server to our SMTP server.
Regards

1) No. The client needs to set his TCP/IP properties to "Obtain an IP address automatically"
2) We support "SMTP Roaming" in v4 Advanced Edition. In other words, he does not need to change his SMTP setting in order to send email. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
