Our plan is to release v4 final before middle of February.
Note that if you purchase now, you are entitled to upgrade to 4.0 final release. See http://www.patronsoft.com/firstspot/buy_now.html for details.

so if we purchase the 895 verson we won't get any updates like your site says we will? Just clarifying. cause i purchased that advanced license, didn't have enough $$ to get the maintanence contract yet.

For customer without maintenance, they need to check back our web site regularly. Note that they are still eligible for minor update (e.g. 4.0.1 to 4.0.5), but not major update (e.g. v3 to v4)

So once i obtain / purchase the maintenance i'll be eligible for the mega upgrades (ie v4.0 - v5.0)?
Also, not received my license yet, was purchased on Monday early afternoon (PST)...how long does it take? really need it :) thanks

Yes, major upgrade like v4 to v5 are included for maintenance customers.
