I apply to become dealer. And, I would like to study how to install Firstspot and see the problem. Could you suggest to me where should I start and where can I get installation guide line?

The manual (firstspot_guide.pdf) is within the trial package.
You can also find a lot of information ( please use the search function at http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/search.php ) in this forum.
