How long does the trial version last? Is the trial version and complete install of all features or limited? Do you have a 1800 number for support for United States? Hours of Support and ease of installation?

1,2) The trial version last 30 days. For comparison among different editions, please refer to http://www.patronsoft.com/firstspot/editions.html .
3) No, we don't have 1800 number. The best way to get pre-sales support is through this forum. Note that maintenance customers have a dedicated email address and will get priority response.
