password encryption

I made Mysql database work fine with delphi software for generate code with encrypt password using encrypt_pwd all work fine but I need to know if it possible to make opposite (.exe file or source code) to put encrypted password input for have the original password on output :
like : decrypt_exe 0230af0831a5ec34c4d57af551c5e981 give : 01234567 ?

No, encrpyt_pwd.exe is a one-way algorithm. You need to store the clear password before the encryption.
